Our products primarily serve patients with infectious diseases and dermatological conditions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Thane. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production unit, ensuring efficiency in the manufacturing process and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, troubleshooting issues, and implementing safety protocols. The Production Manager will also be tasked with maintaining inventory levels, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Experience in managing production schedules and processes Strong understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance Leadership skills and ability to supervise staff effectively Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory management Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry is a plus
