Job Description

As an experienced Operations Manager, your role will involve coordinating activities between the factory, head office, and multiple sites to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication. Your extensive experience in operations management will be crucial in leading the team towards achieving organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Lead and Coordinate Operations:** Oversee operational efficiency across the factory, head office, and multiple sites to ensure goals and objectives are consistently met. - **Daily Operations Management:** Supervise and manage daily activities to ensure smooth operations, aligning with company goals and customer demands. - **Team Mentorship:** Mentor and guide team members to enhance productivity and teamwork across all locations. - **Resource Management:** Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource allocation, cost management, and budgeting. - **Inventory & Procurement:** Monitor inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure timely stock replenishment and smooth production cycles. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management. - **Continuous Improvement:** Champion continuous improvement initiatives and standardize processes to improve operational performance. - **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with senior management on operational plans, budgets, and strategic objectives. - **Vendor & Contract Management:** Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. - **Leadership in Change:** Lead during organizational changes and expansion initiatives, maintaining team morale and productivity. - **Culture Development:** Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus, aligned with company values. **Qualifications Required:** - Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field **Additional Details:** - Candidates with a background in the Indian Armed Forces are preferred. - A strong finance background is an additional advantage. - A valid passport is required for this role. Your skills in liaison, leadership, problem-solving, project management, Microsoft Office, communication, adaptability, and knowledge of electrical systems will be beneficial in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
