Job Description

Oversee the complete garment production process — from order receipt to final delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design, tailoring, and operations, to ensure smooth workflow.
Assign work orders to the tailor master and monitor daily production progress.
Conduct quality checks (QC) at various stages of garment construction.
Manage packaging and handover of finished products to the operations/logistics team.
Liaise with external vendors and manufacturers (fabric, textile, trims, etc.) for timely procurement and delivery.
Maintain production timelines and ensure all garments meet brand specifications and deadlines.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or quality issues proactively.
Track inventory of raw materials and coordinate replenishments as needed.
Maintain production records, documentation, and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, Textile Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in garment production or fashion manufacturing.
Strong understanding of pattern making, fabric types, stitching techniques, and quality control.
Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Proficiency in production tracking tools or software is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
