Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Faridabad. The Production Manager will oversee and manage the daily production operations, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing processes. This includes scheduling production activities, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with various departments for smooth operations. The role also involves managing a team of production staff and troubleshooting any production-related issues. Qualifications Proven experience in production management and overseeing manufacturing processes Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow, and quality control Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Experience with CNC routers, edge benders, drilling lines, and powder coating is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field
