Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline . Minimum 8–12 years of Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience in the Beverages industry (mandatory). Freshers will not be considered. Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP standards. Proven track record in handling carbonated drinks, juices, or packaged beverages . Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Lead and manage the QC team to ensure product quality meets TATA and FSSAI standards. Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems, SOPs, and compliance guidelines. Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements . Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain consistency in quality. Train QC staff on best practices, food safety, and regulatory updates. Shift scheduling and monitoring. Raw Material and Packaging Material (RMPM) quality monitoring. Monitoring all government approvals and renewals of licenses. Monitoring all GMP/GHK standards. Day-to-day lab records monitoring. Yield tracking. Quality norms tracking. Monitoring all lab consumables. Monitoring the CIP (Clean-In-Place) schedules and procedures.
