Manager – Quality Control (Beverages / FMCG)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of Quality Control / Quality Assurance experience in the Beverages industry (mandatory). Freshers will not be considered.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP standards.
• Proven track record in handling carbonated drinks, juices, or packaged beverages.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Lead and manage the QC team to ensure product quality meets TATA and FSSAI standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to maintain consistency in quality.
• Train QC staff on best practices, food safety, and regulatory updates.
• Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and client partners (TATA).
