Manage and evaluate entire hybrid production process.
Contribute to production planning, managing the team and material.
Implementing and maintaining quality control standards and measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a safe production environment.
Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders.
Dip/B.Tech in Polymer/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
2+ years of production experience in Hybrid & Spring Mattresses/ Latex Foam Rubber/ Rubber Industry
Strong organizational and managerial skills
