Position Overview:

The Sales and Marketing Head will lead strategic initiatives to drive the growth, visibility, and profitability of the company's products. This role required a dynamic individual with strong leadership, market intelligence, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designs and implements effective sales strategies on a national level.

• Managing and monitoring the sales team

• Expanding business into new markets

• Generates sales reports and forecasts.

• Analysing sales data.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Dealer network management.

• Monitors sales performance with the targets.

• Analyse market trends and behaviours.

• Leads sales teams nationwide.

• Maintains healthy working relationships with clients.

• Willingness to travel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an MBA in marketing management.

• 10-12 years of experience in field sales, out of which 3 to 5 years in senior positions.

• Proficient in MS Office and other sales management software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.

• Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.

• Working knowledge of market trends and behaviors.
