Job Description Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Business Growth Formulate and implement aggressive sales and channel strategies.Drive revenue growth across multiple product lines and geographies.Identify and develop new markets and customer segments, including high-end residential, institutional, and government projects. Client & Influencer Engagement Build strategic partnerships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, hotel projects and Institutional Buyers.Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Team Building & Leadership Lead, inspire, and mentor a result-oriented sales team.Foster a performance-driven culture with clear goals and accountability. Marketing & Brand Strategy Design and execute marketing campaigns, product positioning strategies, and event participation.Enhance brand recognition among influencers and decision-makers in the industry. Commercial & Operational Excellence Oversee pricing, negotiations, contracts, and collections.Ensure accurate forecasting, profitability tracking, and sales analytics.
