• Production Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Ensure timely and efficient production while minimizing downtime.
• Quality Assurance & Consistency
• Ensure all bakery and confectionery products meet defined quality and taste standards.
• Monitor and maintain consistency in product appearance, weight, and shelf life.
• Inventory & Raw Material Management
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Minimize wastage and pilferage through strict control.
• Hygiene & Food Safety Compliance
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards and hygiene practices.
• Conduct regular audits and training for the production staff on food safety protocols.
• Cost Control & Efficiency
• Optimize production processes to reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor daily yields, waste levels, and energy usage.
• Team Management & Training
• Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain discipline and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Innovation & Product Development
• Collaborate with R&D or chefs to test and introduce new bakery and confectionery items.
• Evaluate customer feedback for product improvements.
• Machine & Equipment Maintenance
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of ovens, mixers, refrigerators, and other production equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing and repairs.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate daily production reports, wastage records, and compliance logs.
• Analyze trends to suggest improvements and forecast demand.
• Coordination with Other Departments
• Work closely with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
