Job Title Production Engineer

Location Bavla, CEART area, Konart Steel facility

Experience Required1 to 3 years (sometimes 0–1 years acceptable for fresher + some exposure)

Educational Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Production / Industrial Engineering

- Coordinate with departments (design, quality, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth flow
- Monitor fabrication / assembly processes / line operations- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions- Ensure process optimization / efficiency improvements- Maintain production metrics, reports, data analysis- Assist in cost control, material usage, minimize wastage- Supervising shop floor / work teams- Ensure compliance with safety and quality normsSkills Required- Ability to read and interpret structural / fabrication / engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of welding, cutting, assembly, steel fabrication processes- Analytical skills, data handling (Excel etc.)- Good communication & coordination- Problem-solving mindset

Salary / Compensation₹18,000 up to ₹30,000 (depending on experience, responsibilities) — if you are newer/less experienced, salary will likely be on the lower side of this range
