QUL : BE / DIPLOMA MECH , CIVIL PPC Engineer: Responsibilities: Develops production plans, manages schedules, tracks inventory, and coordinates with other departments like materials and quality to ensure timely and cost-effective production. Key Skills: Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and collaboration. PEB Specific: Experience in PEB or structural industries is often preferred. Tools: AutoCAD, MS Office, and production planning software. Quality Engineer: Responsibilities: Implements quality control measures, inspects materials and finished products, identifies and resolves quality issues, and ensures adherence to quality standards. Key Skills: Knowledge of quality management systems, statistical analysis, and problem-solving. PEB Specific: Experience in PEB or structural industries is valuable. Tools: Quality management software and inspection equipment. Production Engineer: Responsibilities: Oversees the entire manufacturing process, manages shop floor operations, ensures production targets are met, and identifies areas for process improvement. Key Skills: Strong technical expertise in mechanical fabrication, problem-solving, and process improvement. PEB Specific: Knowledge of PEB fabrication processes and tooling is essential. Tools: Shop floor equipment, manufacturing software, and quality control tools. Purchase Engineer: Responsibilities: Identifies suppliers, negotiates contracts, procures materials, manages inventory, and ensures timely delivery of materials to the production line. Key Skills: Negotiation skills, knowledge of procurement processes, and supplier management. PEB Specific: Familiarity with PEB-specific materials and suppliers is beneficial. Tools: Procurement software and vendor management systems.
