· Pipeline Fitter (Drinking Water Supply Scheme Project Under JJM) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. · Cut, thread, and install pipes of various materials (e.g., HDPE, DI, PVC,MS). · Assemble pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or welding equipment. · Install valves, meters, and pressure regulators as per design. · Test pipe systems for leaks using pressure gauges or other testing equipment. · Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other fitters to ensure proper alignment and gradient of pipelines. · Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and environmental norms. · Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed. · Provide support during pipeline flushing, testing, and commissioning stages. · Report issues or irregularities to the Site Engineer promptly.
· Operate AJAX self-loading mixer safely and efficiently as per daily work requirements. · Produce concrete batches as per mix design provided by site engineers. · Ensure the correct ratio of materials (cement, aggregates, water) while loading the drum. · Transport and discharge concrete at designated site locations. · Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of the machine. · Maintain cleanliness of the machine and ensure it is in good working condition. · Monitor fuel consumption and inform the supervisor of any mechanical issues. · Follow site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times. · Maintain logbooks for machine usage, working hours, fuel, and maintenance. · Coordinate with batching supervisors, masons, and other site workers for smooth operations.
· Install and maintain electrical wiring, electrical motor pumps, Gen set, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications. · Connect and test pump motors, starter panels, submersible pumps, control panels, Transformer & DP connection. · Troubleshoot electrical faults in pumps, motor panels, and distribution boards. · Maintain earthing, lightning arrestor systems, and safety mechanisms at the site. · Conduct periodic inspection and preventive maintenance of all electrical systems. · Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans. · Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and protocols. · Record daily work logs, materials used, and maintenance reports. · Support commissioning and trial runs of water supply schemes. · Coordinate with site engineers and other team members for timely execution.
