Supervise the external vender to do the proper maintenance for facilities in the plant. Sound knowledge on Equipment & Utility maintenance (HT/LT substation,DG Set,Compressors,HVAC, Chillers,AHU etc.) Machines Maintenance (Mechanical & Hydraulic Press): Monitor equipment downtime, Initiate necessary actions to understand and improve to reduce overall production machines and equipment downtime. Plan, schedule and implement cross training and maintain competence work force in areas responsible Spare parts management Vendor management Preventative Maintenance: Preventative Maintenance for Production machines, Equipment, In-House Assemblies and Maintain Schedule.
