About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Production Engineer who can ensure smooth project execution, maintain quality standards, and deliver results within timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and be capable of supervising shop-floor activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Study and understand project drawings, timelines, and requirements.
Plan and execute production activities as per the project schedule.
Segregate fabrication materials and components as per design.
Identify and escalate shortages or supply delays to superiors.
Allocate fabrication fitters and supervise daily execution with proper time recording.
Address and resolve on-floor execution issues through coordination with seniors.
Ensure dimensional, aesthetic, and functional quality of all fabricated components.
Maintain and update daily production reports and project documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
