Job role- daily production management, shop floor manpower management, quality supervision- control- assurance, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, tool development, store and despatch control, inventory control, 5S, Kaizen processing, ISO documentation
Key skills- fast learner, high understanding of drawings, knowledge of machine tools, general tools, fabrication processes and refrigeration engineering, Punctual, good communication skill, own bike with permanent license
Age - 22 to 35 yrs
