Job Description

Process optimization: Design and refine manufacturing processes like injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Quality assurance: Monitor production and machinery to ensure the quality of molded components and uphold safety and performance standards.
Production planning and management: Create and implement production schedules, monitor metrics, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, and implement corrective actions to fix flaws and improve processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as design, R&D, quality assurance, and suppliers to ensure product specifications are met and to develop new products.
Data analysis and reporting: Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and prepare reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
