Business Development (Ball pen Ink)

- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.- Work with technical, dispatch, Manufacturing, accounting team members to identify and manage sales activity on time.- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.- Research and identify new market opportunities.- Prepare CRF for new projects and follow-up this new projects with technical and clients.- Maintain and track fresh desk tickets for any projects ongoing with existing and new clients.- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects- Collaborating with management on sales goals- Support the team with other responsibilities as required- Identifying new revenue opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
