Job Description

The Production Supervisor oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role leads a team of operators, drives process improvements, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.

Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer orders and minimize downtime
Assign tasks and coach production staff, providing clear expectations and timely feedback
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and hands-on drills
Perform quality control inspections, identify defects, and lead corrective actions
Machinery maintenance to ensure maximum up time and resolve technical issues
Drive lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED) to optimize processes and reduce waste
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain raw material flow
