Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Moradabad. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and managing workflows. The role entails ensuring that production goals are consistently met while maintaining quality standards. The supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with team members and facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage production teams effectively.
Experience in Production Planning and creating detailed Production Schedules.
Proficiency in Production Management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring quality control.
Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and report to stakeholders.
