Role Overview

The Production Supervisor is responsible for daily fabrication activities, manpower coordination, and achieving production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.This role acts as a key link between Design, QC, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and supervise daily fabrication activities as per production schedule· Allocate work to fitters, welders, operators, and helpers· Ensure fabrication is done strictly as per approved shop drawings· Monitor cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing activities· Coordinate with QC team for inspections and corrections· Ensure proper material usage and coordinate with Stores for issue/return· Track daily production output and report to Production Manager· Maintain housekeeping, safety practices, and discipline on shop floor· Identify production bottlenecks and suggest improvements· Support packing and dispatch activities as per project schedule

Skills & Capabilities

· Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication processes· Ability to read and understand shop drawings and BOM· Good manpower handling and shift planning skills· Awareness of welding, fabrication quality, and safety standards· Basic computer skills (Excel / production reports)· Leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills

Capacity

· Supervise 30–80 shop floor workers depending on workload· Handle fabrication for multiple PEB projects simultaneously· Achieve daily and weekly production targets

Eligibility

· Diploma / ITI – Mechanical / Fabrication / Production Engineering· 2 – 4 years experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Fabrication industry· Experience in factory-based steel fabrication is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)· Overtime allowance and performance incentives· Stable role with growth to Production In-Charge / Production Manager

Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Role Overview

The Assistant Accountant supports day-to-day accounting, billing, GST compliance, and financial documentation for factory and project operations.This role is critical in ensuring accurate books, timely reporting, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software· Record purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries· Verify vendor bills, purchase invoices, and expense vouchers· Prepare customer invoices and follow up on collections· Handle GST entries, returns, and basic compliance support· Maintain bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations· Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, and Project teams for documentation· Maintain records for audits and management reporting· Support payroll processing and statutory deductions (basic level)

Skills & Capabilities

· Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals· Working experience in Tally / accounting ERP· Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance· Good documentation and filing discipline· Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets· Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management skills

Capacity

· Handle accounting for multiple projects and factory transactions· Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations· Support monthly closing activities

Eligibility

· B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification· 2 – 5 years experience in construction / manufacturing / project-based accounting· Experience in PEB / engineering industry is an advantage
