Production and Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production and Inventory Supervisor with at least 3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end production coordination, inventory control, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will oversee material procurement, vendor coordination, production scheduling, and dispatch management, while ensuring timely and accurate updates in our ERP system (Zoho Books/Inventory). Key Responsibilities

Production & Inventory Management

• Plan and supervise daily production activities to ensure targets and timelines are met
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate timely procurement
• Source and evaluate vendors; negotiate pricing and payment terms
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries and timelines
• Oversee goods receipt, stock management, and documentation accuracy
• Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update all entries in Zoho Books/Inventory
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper material allocation for production
• Assist in developing efficient inventory control processes and ERP-based tracking

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch schedules and shipping details
• Liaise with courier and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues promptly
• Manage courier/vendor payments and maintain reconciliation records
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans and other outbound documentation

ERP & Documentation

• Update all production, logistics, and inventory data in Zoho Books/Inventory
• Ensure complete traceability from material receipt to final delivery and invoicing
• Maintain systematic digital and physical documentation for audits and reporting

Key Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, inventory, or logistics supervision
• Experience in electronics or IoT manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Inventory or other ERP systems
• Strong organisational, analytical, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
