Production and Inventory Supervisor

As a Production and Inventory Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end production coordination, inventory control, and logistics operations. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure smooth operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and timelines effectively. - Monitor raw material availability and coordinate timely procurement to avoid any shortages. - Raise Purchase Orders (POs), follow up on deliveries, and ensure adherence to timelines. - Oversee goods receipt, stock management, and maintain accurate documentation. - Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and update all entries in Zoho Books/Inventory for accurate tracking. - Maintain optimal stock levels and allocate materials efficiently for production. - Assist in developing efficient inventory control processes and tracking using the ERP system. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination: - Coordinate with internal teams to schedule dispatch and manage shipping details effectively. - Collaborate with courier and transport partners to ensure timely deliveries. - Track shipments, address logistics-related issues promptly, and maintain necessary documentation. ERP & Documentation: - Update all production, logistics, and inventory data in Zoho Books/Inventory for accurate records. - Ensure complete traceability from material receipt to final delivery and invoicing. - Maintain systematic digital and physical documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Key Requirements: - Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Preferred). - Minimum 3 years of experience in production, inventory, or logistics supervision. - Experience in electronics or IoT manufacturing is advantageous. - Proficient in Zoho Books/Inventory or other ERP systems. - Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets. - Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
