Anchanto - Hiring for Product Training Manager

Anchanto is a Global Enterprise SaaS Product company that enables enterprises and partners to grow and manage their end-to-end eCommerce and Logistics operations through its world class Cloud and AI products and services.We are currently seeking a Product Trainer to understand the internal and external customers necessities for training on new products and features and shape the training material and content in order to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Development
  • Design comprehensive training curricula for sales, customer success, partners, and end-users.
  • Create engaging materials: presentations, videos, e-learning modules, job aids, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to align training with the latest product updates.
  • Define learning objectives and competency frameworks aligned with business outcomes.
  • Build certification programs with competency validation and tracking systems.
  • Training Delivery & Management
  • Conduct training sessions (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
  • Manage LMS and ensure up-to-date content availability.
  • Partner with SMEs for technical training modules.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to scale global delivery.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and learner feedback.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Stay aligned with Product Management on upcoming releases and roadmap changes.
  • Identify training needs via collaboration with Sales, CS, Marketing, and L&D teams.
  • Gather direct feedback from customers and partners.
  • Support sales enablement with targeted product training content.
  • Program Strategy & Optimization
  • Analyze training effectiveness through KPIs, learner outcomes, and surveys.
  • Continuously optimize content based on learner insights and adoption metrics.
  • Research new training tools and implement best practices.
  • Develop and manage training budgets, vendors, and third-party tools.
  • Content Management & Quality Assurance
  • Maintain centralized training content library and version control.
  • Establish review and approval workflows for all materials.
  • Ensure alignment with brand, quality, and accessibility standards.
  • Retire or archive obsolete content based on product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in training development and delivery (preferably SaaS/tech).
  • 2+ years in product or technical training programs.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Proficient in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Basic video production/editing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning impact.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving product environments.
