Qualification: BE Btech, Mtech Civil Engineering, B.Sc, M.sc chemistry

Product Knowledge :Building construction(Paints/Tile Adhesive/ Epoxy/Grout/Waterproofing/Construction Chemicals)

Responsibility

• Product Training: Develop and deliver detailed training modules on Walplast products to the sales team / other team members, ensuring deep product knowledge and understanding.
• Competency Assessment: Monitor and ensure sales employees meet the required knowledge and competency scores through assessments and evaluations.
• Query Resolution: Address and resolve sales employees' product-related queries to support their field operations.
• State-wise Training: Conduct physical training sessions across different states, ensuring consistent training delivery and engagement.
• Coaching Calls: Lead and manage regular coaching calls to provide continuous learning and support to the sales team.
• Training Program Management: Continuously improve training materials, methods, and delivery based on feedback and industry best practices.
• Performance Tracking: Track the impact of training programs on sales performance and report findings to management.
