What You’ll Be Doing Assist customers via chat & email—solving issues and making their journey smooth Conduct live sessions & onboarding calls to guide users through the platform Educate customers on features, best practices & potential upgrades Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick, effective solutions Be a problem-solver—identify pain points & work with the team to improve user experience Drive customer retention—proactively help users succeed with our product Work cross-functionally with product, sales & marketing to enhance our offering What Makes You a Great Fit? Excellent communication (especially written) & problem-solving skills Experience in chat/email support & handling queries effectively Passion for helping customers & a growth mindset Ability to simplify complex topics & explain them in a user-friendly way Self-motivated, proactive & adaptable to new tools and tech Familiarity with customer success & retention strategies is a bonus!
