This role involves close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions or workarounds.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or product teams while ensuring proper follow up and communication with customers.
  • Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to build and maintain a robust knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product improvements.
  • Assist with onboarding and training customers on product features and workflows. Track, monitor, and report on customer support metrics

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, MS Teams)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, Blockchain and Payments
