Product Support Specialist

Love automating the boring stuff and are you a systems’ thinker? Then this is for you.

What You'll Do

• Be the ‘Co-user’ of our customers: Help them explore enrichments and workflows on the platform - create relevant walkthroughs and documentations.
• Provide on-call workflow setups and onboarding for our high ACV customers.
• Own the community slack support channel: helping out our Bitscale users.
• Be the customer’s voice - bring insights that shape what we build and integrate on the platform.
  

Who You Are

• At least 1 years of experience in

  B2B SaaS

  or

  AI automation.

• A clear and strong communicator.
• Hands on with AI tools like Bitscale, Zapier, Lovable and n8n.
• Big fan of

  automation,

  you automate your boring daily work. Best if you can prove this.
• Self-starter, you figure stuff out fast, scrappy, flexible, love building.
