The Role: Founder's Office – Graphic Design Lead

You’ll work directly with the founders across product, growth, and brand to define a design language that’s as crisp and modern as the technology we’re building.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the visual identity

  of Bitscale across every touchpoint-website, socials, decks, campaigns, in-product assets.
• Design

  scroll-stopping content

  for LinkedIn, Twitter, and email that helps us punch above our weight.
• Work closely with GTM & product teams to turn concepts into visual assets-memes, illustrations, graphics, animations, decks, one-pagers.
• Build and maintain a

  visual design system

  that scales as we grow.
• Collaborate on

  landing pages and in-product UX elements

  (think: onboarding flows, micro-interactions, visuals that explain).
• Create standout

  founder-facing decks

  and pitch materials that resonate with investors, partners, and customers.

Who You Are

• A

  design generalist with taste

  -you’ve seen enough and done enough to know what great looks like.
• You’ve shipped work in

  fast-paced environments

  , ideally in startups or agency-style roles.
• Strong command of tools like

  Figma, Adobe Suite, Webflow, Canva, or equivalent

  .
• You think in systems, not just individual screens.

• Consumer design mindset

  , even when designing for B2B.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and shifting gears fast.
• Bonus if you’ve worked on

  branding, motion graphics, or Webflow builds

  .
• You can manage 0-to-1 creative projects independently, while keeping feedback loops tight.
