Job Description

As a Procurement Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of client-focused procurement services and continuously working towards enhancing them. You will play a crucial role in meeting service KPIs by executing various time-sensitive activities with a focus on compliance, quality, and efficiency. Building strong business relationships with local stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role, and you may also lead or support other team members in addressing operational issues within your area of expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Providing services as per the Service Delivery scope to achieve specific KPIs. - Supporting the delivery of procurement services to the business. - Maintaining a proactive approach towards clients and stakeholders. - Having a foundational understanding of the stakeholder community in your work area. - Managing relationships effectively with stakeholders. - Understanding P2P processes and having knowledge of cross-functional work. - Monitoring process adherence and escalating issues when necessary. - Coordinating and supporting junior professionals in process adherence and problem-solving. - Identifying, reporting, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
