Job Description

Job Description: You will lead the delivery of client-focused procurement services with a continual focus on improvement. Your role involves participating in activities to meet service KPIs, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. Developing business intimacy with local stakeholders and providing leadership or support to resolve operational issues within your process expertise will be key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide services aligned with the Service Delivery scope to achieve specific KPIs. - Support the delivery of procurement services to the business. - Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client. - Possess basic knowledge of the stakeholder community within the work perimeter. - Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively. - Understand P2P processes and have cross-functional work knowledge. - Monitor process adherence across the work perimeter and escalate issues as necessary. - Coordinate/support junior professionals in process adherence and problem-solving. - Identify, report, and participate in process improvement implementation. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function. - Accountable for ensuring process compliance within the work perimeter. - Ability to provide customer-focused service to the client, addressing requests and queries promptly. - Responsive to local stakeholders in resolving day-to-day activities. - Possess subject matter expertise to support team members. - Support junior professionals in daily activities to achieve common goals. - Act in alignment with overall procurement policies and processes. - Continually seek ways to simplify, standardize, and improve processes. - Strive to enhance client satisfaction continuously. - Proactively share knowledge on P2P and Service Delivery procedures with the team. - Support transformation projects activities.
