We're looking for

Product Support

Salary

: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Document common issues and solutions in support knowledge base articles.
Update and maintain support documentation as processes evolve.
Participate in internal training, shadowing, and hands-on exercises to build technical expertise
Work with support tickets to gather logs, system data, and reproduce issues.
Provide first-level support via email, ticketing systems, or live support under supervision.
Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to escalate and track complex issues.
Assist in diagnosing and resolving software and application issues.
