Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist at Xpress Health, you will play a key role in ensuring our platform delivers the best possible experience for clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. You will bridge the gap between technology and operations — gathering feedback, supporting users, and helping drive improvements that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal teams and clients.
• Conduct product demos, training sessions, and onboarding for new users (internal and external).
• Gather, document, and communicate user feedback to the Product and Development teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to test new features, identify bugs, and support rollout of updates.
• Prepare and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Monitor product usage trends and recommend improvements to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
• Liaise with Operations, Sales, and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of new product features into daily workflows.
• Support the implementation of new modules, ensuring users are trained and adoption targets are met.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product support, customer success, or SaaS-based operations (healthcare or tech experience preferred).
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable feedback for product teams.
• Proficiency in using CRM, ticketing, or project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,067.76 - ₹35,620.47 per month
