As a Manual Tester in the US taxation domain, your role involves conducting comprehensive manual testing for applications. You will be responsible for developing and executing detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to ensure their resolution is a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, is essential to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. You will validate tax calculations, forms, and compliance features in alignment with US taxation laws and regulations. Additionally, your participation in test planning, test design, and test review sessions is crucial for the success of the testing process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive manual testing for applications in the US taxation domain. - Develop and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts. - Identify, document, and track defects to ensure their resolution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing. - Validate tax calculations, forms, and compliance features in line with US taxation laws and regulations. - Participate in test planning, test design, and test review sessions. Qualifications Required: - UG: B.Com in Commerce - PG: M.Com in Commerce, ICWA (CMA) in ICWA (CMA), MBA/PGDM in Finance In addition to the qualifications, it is preferred that you have at least 1 year of total work experience.
