Product Specialist

As a Manual Tester in the US taxation domain, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive manual testing of applications. Your main tasks will include developing and executing detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the quality of the software. You will also be required to identify, document, and track defects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their resolution. Collaboration with developers and business analysts is essential to understand requirements and conduct thorough testing. Your role will involve validating tax calculations, forms, and compliance features to ensure they align with US taxation laws and regulations. Additionally, you will participate in test planning, design, and review sessions to contribute to the overall testing process. Knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts is necessary to perform effectively in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) at the undergraduate level and a Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), ICWA (CMA), or MBA/PGDM in Finance at the postgraduate level. Prior experience in manual testing is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of total work experience.
