Promotion & Branding

• Drive promotional strategies for the Head & Neck Institute across Karnataka and neighboring regions.
• Develop differentiated campaigns showcasing institute expertise in oncology, ENT, dental, reconstructive surgery, and rehabilitation services.
• Shadow consultants and therapy teams to generate authentic patient education and awareness content (articles, videos, case highlights).
  

Collaboration & Networking

• Work closely with Referral Sales, Neighborhood Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Digital Marketing to align institute campaigns.
• Build and nurture strong referral networks with ENT specialists, oncologists, dental surgeons, and rehabilitation therapists across Karnataka.
• Develop relationships with corporates, medical associations, NGOs, and community organizations for awareness partnerships.
  

Digital & Content Marketing

• Create impactful content for social media, website, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and blogs.
• Coordinate with the digital team for SEO-driven campaigns and targeted ads.
• Actively track and analyze digital performance, ensuring continuous content flow and audience engagement.
  

Business Development

• Monitor institute’s net revenue with a goal of achieving INR 1 Cr+ monthly through referrals, patient conversions, and program outreach.
• Work with hospital leadership to identify new growth opportunities and service positioning.
• Support in planning CMEs, workshops, awareness camps, and medical conferences to strengthen visibility.
