Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our EV showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electric vehicles, customer engagement, and product demonstration. You will be responsible for presenting the brand’s EV lineup, educating customers on technology, features, and performance, and supporting sales conversions through product expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable EV models.
• Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features, performance, and benefits.
• Educate customers on EV technology, charging infrastructure, battery life, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the sales team to assist in test drives, quotations, and final closures.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and EV innovations.
• Ensure an excellent showroom experience and maintain product display standards.
• Support post-sales queries and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Conduct product training sessions for internal teams when required.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automobile or EV industry.
• Strong knowledge of EV technology, specifications, and trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automobiles and customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,680.44 - ₹29,340.64 per month
