Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring practices. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles (e.g., software development, cloud computing, DevOps, cyber security) and ability to assess technical skills.
