Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer support and success, with a strong background in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development decisions.
Create and maintain documentation of product knowledge and user guides.
Train and support internal stakeholders on new products and features.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of customer support principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
