We are looking for a hands-on
Product Solution Engineer
(TechOps Specialist) who will be the on-ground owner for all L1 operational and technical interactions with our partner Bank for Credit Card program. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of systems, timely issue resolution, and clear visibility of operational health.You will act as the first line of defence—troubleshooting issues raised by the Bank’s CX, IT, and Product teams, validating system behaviour, and ensuring all critical batch processes and EOD activities run seamlessly.
The Hats You Will Wear
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for resolving L1 issues raised by Bank CX, IT, and Product teams.
- Perform initial triaging, log issues in internal systems, and escalate to L2/L3 teams with full context when needed.
- Validate API flows, card lifecycle events, transaction behaviour, and system outputs in real time.
- Conduct and report health checks across all credit card systems, including, but not exhaustive, batch jobs, settlement cycles, recon files, EOD processes, card lifecycle events (issuance, activation, billing triggers, etc.)
- Monitor scheduled jobs and ensure timely completion; flag anomalies proactively.
- Collaborate daily with internal Engineering, Product, and Ops teams for resolution of Bank-reported issues.
- Provide structured updates to Bank stakeholders on issue status, RCA, and next steps.
- Maintain clear documentation of issue trends and share insights to improve system stability.
The Perfect Fit
- 1-3 years of experience in TechOps, Support Engineering, Product Operations, or L1/L2 Support, preferably from fintech/BFSI.
- Strong understanding of APIs, logs, SQL basics, and system debugging.
- Experience with card systems, loan systems, or payments infrastructure is a plus.
- Comfortable working on-site with external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
