This is a senior individual contributor role that demands clarity,rigour, and a deep commitment to cross-functional collaboration. The Lead PM will work closelywith Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing and business partners to translate strategy into execution,ensure product velocity, and maintain delivery rhythm across initiatives. This role is not about topdowncontrol: it’s about galvanizing cross-functional teams through structured planning, sharpcommunication, deep collaboration, and ability to create clarity. The ideal candidate combinesoperational excellence with humility, and sees product management as a service, not a center ofcontrol. You are a natural at creating clarity for others and believe that great products are builtthrough alignment and co-creation.What you’ll doLead cross-functional product planning and execution
- Translate strategic goals into clear product roadmaps, requirements, and measurement
plans
- Run cross-functional rituals including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and
standups
- Partner with UX and Engineering to track velocity, surface blockers, and maintain
execution momentum
- Collaborate with UX to ensure product requirements reflect real user needs and deliver
intuitive, high-impact experiences
- Ensure the backlog is clear, prioritized, and well-managed across multiple teams
Drive alignment, reporting, and stakeholder confidence
- Communicate product progress and decisions across teams, functions, and levels
- Own product reporting dashboards and documentation to ensure clarity across partner
teams
- Maintain tight alignment with business goals and continuously reprioritize to reflect
organizational needs
- Keep executive leadership informed and confident in what’s being built and why
Support a high-performance product culture
- Bring a service-first mindset: Product doesn’t “own” software, it galvanizes it
- Champion a culture of experimentation, insight, and incessant performance measurement
- Ensure PM best practices are in place across Agile workflows and team operations
- Help coach and support more junior product managers and TPMs where applicable

- Roadmaps are tight, purposeful, and consistently executed
- Product stream documentation is clear, actionable and constantly updated
- Teams know what to build, why it matters, and how to measure success
- Velocity is predictable and visible
- UX, Product, and Marketing funnels are aligned across initiatives
- Partner teams are clear on priorities and confident in product direction
- Data is part of every decision, from feature scope to iteration cycles
- Product execution and performance tracking is focused, fast, and agile
Qualifications

Specifically, We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in product management roles, with experience in SaaS or complex, multiple
user-role, platform environments
- Proven success leading product execution and collaborating deeply with cross-functional
teams
- A progressive approach to product management rooted in co-ownership, not top-down
control
- A clear, structured approach to product planning, sprint co-execution, and communication
- Experience writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Comfort with data analysis and performance measurement frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent command of Agile tools and AI workflows
- Experience working with distributed teams and across time zones
- A calm, accountable, and high-integrity presence that supports momentum, not ego
