Role Overview

Product Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Processes & Governance

• Implement and refine product workflows (roadmaps, prioritization, release checklists, discovery documentation).
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and documentation to ensure consistency across the product team.
• Support product planning and quarterly business reviews.

2. Tools & Systems

• Own the product tool stack (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, Mixpanel).
• Drive adoption and best practices across the team.
• Ensure data flows seamlessly across tools to provide a single source of truth.

3. Data & Insights

• Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and reports on product usage and adoption.
• Organize and maintain structured feedback from customers, sales, and support.
• Provide PMs with the right data to drive prioritization and decision-making.

4. Cross-Functional Enablement

• Support go-to-market readiness by coordinating launch documentation and release notes.
• Act as the connector between product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Ensure teams are aligned and equipped with product knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• Min. 5 years of experience

  in Product Operations, Product Management, or Program Management within B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of

  product processes and agile methodologies

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  product tools and analytics platforms

  (Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Pendo, Mixpanel, or similar).
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with

  global teams across time zones

  .

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Exposure to working with US-based product leadership.
• Ability to visualize and present product data clearly.
