Job location-Sector 67, Noida Exp- min 4-6yrs Salary- Depends on interview Preferably immediate joiners or max 30days Responsibilities · Oversee design & product development process with the Design team to do the Product Planning & Sourcing for all the 5 Brands. · Work with the production team to ensure timely development of product lines and convey all pertinent product information to production managers to ensure products are built and manufactured according to specs. · Attend and participate in product design/direction and strategy meetings and provide effective presentations to management of new product designs to ensure they meet Bison's standards and requirements. · Execute detailed technical sketches and packaging for multiple categories including food safety, industrial safety, industrial cleaning, household and health care products. · Maintaining and updating line sheets, material recaps, and sample requests. · Maintain thorough documentation & process for all Product testing. · Communicating up to date information about delivery of pre-production samples, and final approved production samples, Tracking & maintaining approved samples. · Checking prototypes and samples against technical specifications making sure they were produced as requested. · Track, review and comment on quality issues. · Keeping product files up to date with most current and accurate designs. · Work with the overseas office for graphic design & packaging artworks. · Scheduling, organizing calls with the overseas teams to ensure regular workflow. · Monitor development calendar deadlines and workflow with the design team. · Maintain and organize sealer samples and label samples accordingly · Execute and maintain Presentation materials for all sales and merchandising related meetings · Steer all Trade show designs & executions. · Conduct market research with competitive analysis and understanding of market trends in terms of product and pricing. Requirements - Good communication & writing skills. -Must Have experience in working with offshore teams. - Assist in sourcing and procuring spares, metals, and equipment while ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency. - Support vendor management, contract negotiations, and documentation while maintaining compliance with company policies. - Monitor inventory levels, track purchase orders, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth procurement operations interested candidates can share their updated cv at kanika@bisonproduction.com or call me at 9319365407 Industries other than Textile and Retail will be considered.
