Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Merchandiser located in Sonipat. The Product Merchandiser will be responsible for developing new collections, coordinating with the production team, vendors, and buyers, and ensuring optimal product display in the showroom. They will also contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from NIFT, Pearl, or any other design college, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Export of Home Decor and lifestyle accessories like bags, storage baskets, home decor, etc
• Experience in product merchandising, sourcing, and development for export houses
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with buyers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CAD, and other design software like Adobe and CorelDRAW.
• Experience in the export industry is a must.
• Knowledge of ethical sourcing and production practices is a plus
