Marketing Merchandiser

You are passionate about global markets, trend-driven merchandising, and the artistry of handcrafted home goods. Joining our dynamic team as a Marketing Merchandiser in the Hard Home Goods industry located in Sonipat (Haryana), you will play a crucial role in taking our exquisite wood and metal craft collections to homes around the world. As a Marketing Merchandiser, you will act as the bridge between our creative production and global buyers. Your responsibilities will include curating collections, analyzing market trends, and developing export strategies that resonate with international audiences. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing merchandising strategies for international markets, analyzing global trends and buyer preferences to guide product development, collaborating with design and production teams, preparing compelling product presentations and marketing materials for trade shows and buyer meetings, managing client communications, sampling, and order follow-ups, monitoring competitor activity and pricing strategies across regions, as well as traveling to international trade fairs and buyer locations as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in merchandising/export marketing in hard home goods or related industries. You should possess a strong understanding of international retail and wholesale markets, excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in product styling, catalog creation, and trend forecasting, familiarity with export documentation and logistics is a plus, a creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
