Product Merchandiser

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Merchandiser with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage product display, inventory coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate will ensure that products are well-presented, stocked, and aligned with brand standards to maximize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product displays as per brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for product availability.
• Track inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor sales trends and suggest improvements in product placement.
• Ensure timely replenishment of products across locations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal planning.
• Prepare daily/weekly merchandising reports for management.
• Maintain strong relationships with store staff and supervisors.
• Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in product merchandising, retail, FMCG, fashion, or similar industry.
• Good understanding of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
