Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing daily sales operations. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional activities. The Sales Manager will also train and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity. Qualifications Sales Strategy Development and Client Relationship Management skills Experience in Market Research and Identifying Business Opportunities Ability to meet Sales Targets and collaborate with Marketing Team Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to train and mentor a sales team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the garments industry is a plus
