About the Role As Neysa's Product Marketing Manager for our AI Cloud & Platform solutions, you will own the product marketing strategy from build to scale. You are the bridge between product development and customer acquisition, responsible for understanding the market, crafting compelling narratives, and driving the adoption of our enterprise solutions. Your core mission is to translate complex technical concepts (AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Observability) into clear, value-driven messaging that resonates with enterprise buyer personas (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Infrastructure Leads, AI Practitioners). You will orchestrate and own every facet of the product's go-to-market journey, working cross-functionally with product management, sales, engineering, and external agencies to achieve sustainable product adoption growth. Key Responsibilities Positioning & MessagingDevelop and own differentiated, value-driven messaging frameworks and positioning for Neysa's AI Acceleration Cloud System portfolio (Velocis, Aegis, Overwatch). Craft compelling narratives tailored to specific enterprise personas and use cases, demonstrating how Neysa's products solve critical business problemGo-To-Market Strategy & ExecutionLead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches and feature releases, partnering closely with Product Management. Collaborate with demand generation teams and manage outsourced marketing agencies to ensure aligned execution across campaigns, digital marketing, events, PR, and content, driving pipeline for the business organization.Market & Competitive IntelligenceConduct ongoing market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Utilize market insights and analytics (including AI-driven tools) to refine product positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies.Product Adoption & CommunityDrive product adoption and cultivate a community of product champions by collaborating closely with Product Management, Service Delivery, and Service & Support teams to gather user feedback, share best practices, and foster advocacy.Sales & Partner EnablementDevelop high-impact and easy to adopt sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, datasheets, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product demonstrations. Design and deliver training programs (including train the trainer programs) to empower sales teams and partners to articulate Neysa's value proposition effectively.Ecosystem Point of View ProgramsDevelop and roll-out programs by identifying, developing, and managing the creation of compelling content (whitepapers, blog posts, webinars, presentations) that highlights Neysa's expertise and differentiated value. Represent Neysa at industry events and contribute to building Neysa's brand as a trusted voice in AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and observability. What You Bring Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within enterprise technology (AI/ML, Cloud, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Infrastructure domains). Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric value propositions and narratives. Demonstrated experience leading GTM strategy development and execution for technical products. Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams. Strong customer and market orientation, built through in-field customer interactions and insights.Preferred QualificationsExperience specifically marketing AI/ML platforms or cloud infrastructure solutions. Familiarity with concepts like MLOps, AI acceleration, or network observability is a plus.Experience marketing to enterprise IT and technical leadership audiences. Strong analytical skills with experience using data and market intelligence (potentially including AI/analytics tools) to inform strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
