Job Summary

Product Manager - Web

This role combines product strategy, technical depth, and design leadership to build high-performing, user-centric web experiences that drive growth and engagement. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of UX designers and web engineers to deliver seamless, data-driven, and AI-enabled digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of all Medhavi web-based products across verticals
• Manage and mentor UX designers and web engineers for seamless collaboration between design, development, and product strategy
• Define and maintain a modular web architecture that supports scalability and performance
• Drive UX excellence through usability testing, reviews, and continuous iteration
• Implement AI-driven personalisation, conversion optimisation, and predictive content systems
• Partner with Growth, Brand, and Martech teams to translate business goals into measurable digital outcomes
• Integrate CRM, analytics, chatbot, and automation systems for unified lead and performance tracking
• Oversee website performance, uptime, SEO health, and data accuracy
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and agile execution for web initiatives
• Build and execute a roadmap for new features, landing pages, and integrations
• Manage vendor and technology partnerships to ensure timely, high-quality releases
• Experiment with new AI, automation, and design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity
• Champion user experience, accessibility, and consistency across all devices and touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (mandatory); MBA or PG in Product Management preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in digital product management, web architecture, or performance-led optimisation
• Strong technical foundation with understanding of web frameworks, APIs, CDNs, CMS platforms, and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Proven ability to lead UX and engineering teams with cross-functional accountability
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site ecosystems in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms such as Mutiny, Jasper, SurferSEO, Optimizely, or Hotjar AI
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritisation skills across marketing, design, and technology functions
• Ability to balance design, technology, and growth thinking to build systems that are both functional and inspiring
