About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves solving real customer problems, and can work closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This role is on-site in Pune and will require frequent travel for client discussions, demos, and feedback sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end — discovery, planning, execution, launch, and iteration
• Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements, PRDs, and roadmaps
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to define features, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure successful product rollouts
• Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and market research to inform decisions
• Track product performance using data, dashboards, and user feedback
• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and timelines
• Represent the product in client meetings, gather requirements, and manage expectations
• Identify risks, dependencies, and process gaps — and proactively solve them

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Product Management (preferably in SaaS or tech products)
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Excellent communication, documentation, and storytelling skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients and translating needs into product solutions
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setup
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, reviews, and on-ground product rollouts

Nice to Have

• Fluency in Marathi (big plus) — helpful for client conversations and user research
• Experience in gov-tech, enterprise solutions, fintech, or B2B platforms
• Prior startup experience and comfort working in ambiguous environments
